AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF
WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4,
APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT ON CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO THE "R -4,R -P" PLANNED RESIDENCE
DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 7,600
SF VETERINARY CLINIC WITH AN OUTDOOR DOG EXERCISE
AREA, LOCATED TO THE SOUTH OF 4015 HURST DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No.
5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be
amended to approve a site plan amendment to "R-4, R -P"
Planned Residence District to, to allow for the construction
of a 7,600 SF veterinary clinic with an outdoor dog exercise
area, located to the south of 4015 Hurst Drive, legally
described as follows:
TOWER PARK NO. 6, LOT NO. 2,
And subject to the following condition:
1. That the final site plan meets all applicable city
codes, regulations, etc. including, but not limited
to, parking, landscaping, screening, drainage, etc.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
