BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan amendment to "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District to allow for the construction of a 7,104 square foot expansion to the existing 28,416 square foot industrial building, located at 2320 West Airline Highway, legally described as follows: PARCEL A OF PLAT OF SURVEY DOC. #2005-26213 BEING PART OF LOT TWELVE (12), MIDPORT AMERICA PARK PLAT NO. 2, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF AFORESAID LOT NO.
