ORDINANCE NO. 5342
an Ordinance amendment to Ordinance No. 5079, as amended,
City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, by amending the Official
Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, approving a Site Plan
Amendment to the "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District to allow for
the construction of a 7,104 square foot expansion to the existing
28,416 square foot industrial building, located at 2320 West
Airline Highway.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, Rezoning
Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be
amended to approve a site plan amendment to "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District to allow for the
construction of a 7,104 square foot expansion to the existing 28,416 square foot industrial building,
located at 2320 West Airline Highway, legally described as follows:
PARCEL A OF PLAT OF SURVEY DOC. #2005-26213 BEING PART OF LOT
TWELVE (12), MIDPORT AMERICA PARK PLAT NO. 2, WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF AFORESAID LOT NO.
TWELVE (12); THENCE S 89°29'09" E ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE AND FORTY-
FIVE HUNDREDTHS (161.45) FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT TO
