FD-1 shall be epoxy coated with primary and secondary weepholes. 2. TD-1 shall have the stainless-steel grating, “-SG”. 3. Coordinate TD-1 locations with owner provided kitchen equipment. The trench drain for the tipping kettle shall be positioned so that the drain covers the entire tipping path to catch drainage. 4. The contractor shall assume that all additional accessories for the grease interceptor will be required and provide a credit to the owner if they are not necessary. 5. The contractor shall verify the grease interceptor dimensions and depth can be accommodated in the location shown on the drawings prior to ordering. 6. Only use Stainless Steel piping and traps where indicated on the drawings. Provide clean and appropriate fill for stainless steel piping to be buried. 7. Submit Schedule 40 PVC piping and fitting submittals per the specifications for review. 8. Submit copper and PEX domestic plumbing and fitting submittals per the specifications for review.
