REMARKS: Steve --- please find enclosed two (2) sets of bid documents for the above-referenced project for the City of
Waterloo. One set of documents is provided for your files. The additional set of documents are for you to provide to the
City, along with the Council Action form, to have this project placed on the Council agenda for approval at their June 19,
2017, meeting. After Council approval, we will forward a pdf document of the Notice to Bidders for you to have posted on
the City's website. AECOM will take care of providing the Notice to Bidders to the three plan rooms listed in the specifications
for posting on their websites. If you have any questions, please let us know.
