1. Correct the time of RECEIVING OF BIDS and the time of OPENING OF BIDS on page 1 of
the NOTICE TO BIDDERS in the Contract Specifications to 1:00 P.M., August 10,2017.
2. Correct the LETTING DATE AND TIME on page l of ADDENDUM NO.1 to August 10,.2017
1:00 P.M.
The bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by inserting the number and date in the
spaces provided in the Form of Bid or Proposal, Item 9.
