All Bidders submitting a bid on the above contract shall carefully read this Addendum and give it
consideration in the preparation of their bid.
TO ALL BIDDERS ON THE ABOVE PROJECT:
General Clarifications:
1. Surveying Services and Compaction/Material Testing Services — Survey necessary for
construction of this project, as well as compaction and material testing services, will be provided
by the Owner. The Contractor will not be responsible for providing these services for this
project.
Specifications Book:
1. Notice to Bidders - Revise completion date under section "Beginning and Completion Dates"
from May 26, 2017 to read June 30, 2017.
2. Form of Bid or Proposal — Revise Alternate #1 - Bid Item 3 - Revetment, Class "C" and Alternate
#2-Bid Item 7 - Revetment, Class "C" to specify Revetment, Class "D".
Plan Set Items:
1. None.
Bid Items:
1. Bid Item 9 - Excavation, Class 10 Roadway and Borrow—The quantity of 65,516 CY stated in the
estimate reference information is to be supplied by the Contractor from off-site sources. Source
location and quality of material to be approved by the Engineer prior to placement of the
material on the project site.
