REMARKS: Keith ---We have enclosed two (2) copies of the plans/specs for the above-referenced project. You
should keep one (1) for your files, and the other copy is for presentation at the Council meeting this evening. As I
mentioned in my email earlier, if the City needs additional copies for their files, please let me know. AECOM will be
handling plan distribution and plan holder list management, so any copies provided to the City are for their files only.
