RESOLUTION NO. 2007-387
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PURCHASE AGREEMENT DOCUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION
WITH DISPOSAL OF FIRE STATION NO. 8 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Planner of said City to prepare
Request for Purchase Agreement documents for the Disposal of Fire
Station No. 8, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Planner did file said Request for
Purchase Agreement documents for the Disposal of Fire Station No.
8, which were preliminarily approved on May 7, 2007, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 21,
2007 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Purchase Agreement
documents for the Disposal of Fire Station No. 8, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2007 .
