RESOLUTION NO. 2007-388
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
DISPOSAL OF FIRE STATION NO. 8 .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2007-387, Request for Purchase
Agreement documents for the Disposal of Fire Station No. 8, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has been approved and adopted by this
Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2007 .
