RESOLUTION NO. 2007-330
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON REQUEST FOR PURCHASE AGREEMENT
DOCUMENT FOR DISPOSAL OF FIRE STATION NUMBER
8 (CROSSROADS FIRE STATION) , IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF PROPOSALS
THEREFORE, AS MAY 21, 2007, AT 5: 30 P.M. AT
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 21st day of May, 2007, for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on the Request for Purchase
Agreement document for the Disposal of Fire Station Number 8
(Crossroads Fire Station) , in the City of Waterloo and the taking
of proposals therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2007 .
