RESOLUTION NO. 2007-329
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REQUEST
FOR PURCHASE AGREEMENT DOCUMENT FOR DISPOSAL
OF FIRE STATION NUMBER 8 (CROSSROADS FIRE
STATION) .
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Planner, to prepare and file Request for Purchase Agreement
document for Disposal of Fire Station Number 8 (Crossroads Fire
Station) , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the City Planner has filed said Request for
Purchase Agreement document for Disposal of Fire Station Number 8
(Crossroads Fire Station) , and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Purchase Agreement document
for Disposal of Fire Station Number 8 (Crossroads Fire Station) ,
be, and the same is hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2007 .
