pertaining to the voluntary annexation of territory to the City of Waterloo have
been received and accepted by this office as requirement of Iowa Code section
368.7. Furthermore, we have noted on our records that Resolution # 2007-332
has been rescinded in its entirety.
You may consider the annexation filed.
