M.HART to the City Code—Title 4—Chapter 5 —Section 4 (E)—Noise Control Ordinance for

Ward 4 work to being performed as part of the F.Y. 2008 West Commercial Street Extension,
River Road Relocation, and Storm Water Pump Station, Contract No. 720.
