Transmitted herewith is the Professional Services Agreement with Wayne Claassen Engineering&
GETTY
HAROLD Surveying, Inc. (CES), for the construction related services for the F.Y. 2008 West Commercial
Ward s Street Extension, River Road Relocation,and Storm Water Pump Station, Contract No. 720.
QUENTIN M. The purpose of this agreement with CES is to provide construction related services for the
HART construction of 1)Commercial Street from near the Westfield Ave./US 63 intersection to W.
Ward 4 Mullan Ave., 2)relocation of River Road,3)Jefferson St. connection to Commercial St./River Rd.
intersection,and 4)storm water pump station. Also included are environmental and safety
RON oversight, geotechnical, structural and electrical subconsultant agreements.

The cost for the CRS services is six hundred thirty-seven thousand($637,000), and shall not be
BOB exceeded without authorization of the City. This agreement will be funded from RISE funds,Local
GREENWOOD Option Sales Tax Funds,and current G.O. Bonds.

sTEVE The Engineering Department has reviewed this agreement and recommend that the City Council
SCHMITT approve it and authorize the Mayor to sign it on behalf of the City. Please return one of the two
