RESOLUTION NO. 2009-288
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 6, 2009, at
a cost of $637, 000 . 00, for construction related services for the
F. Y. 2008 West Commercial Street Extension, River Road Relocation
and Storm Water Pump Station, Contract No. 720, by and between
Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2009 .
