RELOCATION,AND STORM WATER PUMP STATION SCHMITT CONTRACT NO. 720 Wad I SUPPLEMENTAL ENGINEERING AGREEMENT NO. 1 WITH CAROLYN WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. COLE Ward 2 Honorable Mayor Hurley and City Council Members: HAROLD Attached is a proposed Supplemental Engineering Agreement No. 1 for engineering gGETTY Ward 3 design for the storm water pump station that is associated with the future relocation of a portion of River Road north of Commercial Street and the extension of Commercial JOHN A. Street westerly through the demolition area of the John Deere Westfield Plant to D Ward 4 Westfield Avenue to serve the Tech Works. The scope of work under this agreement includes the preliminary and final design of these storm water pump station RON improvements and preparation of plans and specifications. It is anticipated that WELPER construction could begin in April 2007, but much depends on the demolition schedule Ward 5 of the Deere & Company's Westfield facility, which is proposed to become the Tech BOB Works. GREENWOOD At-Large Cost for this Agreement is a lump sum of$132,000.00. The City's cost will be financed ERIC by General Obligation Bonds and an EDA Grant. Staff has reviewed this agreement GUNDERSON and recommends Council approve this document and authorize Mayor to sign and enter At-Large into said agreement.
