RESOLUTION NO. 2007-502
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL ENGINEERING
AGREEMENT NO. 2 WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN
ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Engineering Agreement No. 2 dated June 18,
2007, at a cost of $32, 000 . 00, for engineering design of the
Jefferson Street connection in conjunction with the F.Y. 2008
Commercial Street Extension, River Road Relocation, and Storm
Water Pump Station, Contract No. 720, by and between Wayne
Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 2007 .
