RESOLUTION NO. 2013-725
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
BLACK HAWK COUNTY CONSERVATION BOARD AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated September 3, 2013, for property in
the Sherwood Park area as an extension of the Hartman Reserve
Nature Center and to facilitate the construction of a new boat
ramp by the Conservation Board, at a cost of $1.00, for the
period September 1, 2013 through December 31, 2038, by and
between the Black Hawk County Conservation Board and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
