Please find attached letter from AECOM Technical Services,Inc. formerly known as Earth Tech,
QUENTIN M. Inc. (prime consultant)requesting the authorization to transfer the unused part of Weston Solution's
HART (sub-consultant)contingency costs to Earth Tech's estimated actual costs and to release a
Ward 4 contingency amount. The total amount of unused contingency costs is approximately$5,500. The
total amount of contingency to be released is $4,000. The proposed transfer and release does not
Ro v change the maximum amount payable under the agreement.

The reason for the movement of costs is because the effort to finalize project will exceed current
BOB estimated costs and recent audit reports indicate that the provisional overhead rate will increase
