On July 27,2007,Earth Tech entered into Supplemental Agreement No. I with the City of Waterloo,Iowa for engineering
services during the construction phase of the above project.
On December 14, 2007, Earth Tech entered into Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with the City of Waterloo,
