RESOLUTION NO. 2007-909
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH
TECH, INC. FOR AUTHORIZATION OF $40, 000 . 00
CONTINGENCY FOR F. Y. 2007 U. S. 63/WESTFIELD
AVENUE CONNECTION, NHSX-63-6 (69)-07, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement to use $40, 000 . 00 contingency to accommodate
the overhead rate adjustment for the F. Y. 2007 U. S. 63/Westfield
Avenue Connection, NHSX-63-6 (69)-07, by and between Earth Tech,
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October, 2007 .
