RESOLUTION NO. 2007-670
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH EARTH TECH, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated August 13, 2007, for
professional services at a cost of $161, 000. 00, with city match of
$18, 730 . 26, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2007 U. S. 63/Westfield
Avenue Connection, Contract No. 730, by and between Earth Tech,
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2007 .
