KINCAID and Specifications as prepared by Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa for the above-
Ward 4 referenced project which is scheduled for a July 17, 2007 Iowa Department of
RON Transportation letting.
WELPER
Ward 5 This project is a connection of U.S. Highway 63 to Westfield Avenue including
BOB relocation of a portion of Westfield Avenue and will tie into the future extension of
GREENWOOD Commercial Street.
