JOHN A. Attached is a Special Access Connection agreement with the Iowa Department of
KINCAID Transportation.
Ward 4
RON This agreement allows access rights for the construction of the above-referenced
WELPER project. The access is to the U.S. 218/U.S. 63 interchange at the entrance and exit
Ward s ramps near existing Westfield Avenue.

GREENWOOD The access will be constructed in compliance with DOT standards adopted for a Type
At-t.erte 'A' access and will be 76 feet in width with 40-foot radius returns.
ER.IC Staff has reviewed this agreement and recommends Council approve this document and
