RESOLUTION NO. 2007-254
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING PERMANENT
EASEMENT AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Permanent Easement Agreement of the hereinafter
described parcel is for property to be used in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2007 U. S. 63/Westfield Avenue Connection, Contract No.
730 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Permanent Easement Agreement for
the parcel hereinafter described, all of which is situated in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is accepted and
approved.

Permanent Easement : $1 . 00
A parcel of land situated in part of Lot 3 of Auditor' s
Falls Avenue and Mullan Avenue Plat, and in the
Southwest of Section 23, Township 89 North, Range 13
West of the 5th Principal Meridian, all in the City of
Waterloo, County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 23;
thence North 88° (Degrees) 18' (Minutes) 08" (Seconds)
East (assumed bearing for the purpose of this
description) on the South line of the Southwest 1.1 of
said Section 23 a distance of 745.22 feet to the point
of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence
North 00°55' 31" West, 107 . 37 feet; thence South
89°11' 31" East, 79. 98 feet; thence South 01°16' 51"
East, 196. 33 feet; thence South 88°05' 51" West, 81. 17
feet; thence North 00°55' 31" West, 92 . 76 feet to the
point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
