RESOLUTION NO. 2007-233
RESOLUTION APPROVING TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH DEERE AND COMPANY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Temporary Easement Agreement dated April 2, 2007, to
allow right of ingress/egress in conjunction with F.Y. 2007 U. S.
63/Westfield Avenue Connection, Contract No. 730, by and between
Deere and Company, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 2007 .
