Ward 4 I report that Cunningham Construction, Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa, has completed the
F.Y. 2007 CYCLONE DRIVE/TITAN TRAIL, CONTRACT NO. 727 in accordance
WELPER with the plans and specifications. It is recommended that this project be accepted. The
Wart 5 total cost of the contract was $375,027.48.
BOEENwooD It is recommended that the council approve the attached "Certificate of Completion and
At-Large Final Acceptance of Agreement Work" and authorize the Mayor to sign said document.
