RESOLUTION NO. 2009-741
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY CUNNINGHAM CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA FOR THE F.Y. 2007 CYCLONE
DRIVE/TITAN TRAIL, CONTRACT NO. 727, AND
ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Cunningham Construction, Inc . of Cedar Falls, Iowa,
has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor at a total cost of
$375, 027 . 48 in connection with the F.Y. 2007 Cyclone Drive/Titan
Trail, Contract No. 727, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 2009 .
