COLE Please find attached Agreement for Engineering Services with VJ Engineering of Cedar Falls,
Ivard 2Iowa, in conjunction with the above-referenced project. The previous consultant, Schenk
HAP.oLD Engineering Company, went out of business and VJ has agreed to complete Schenk's contract.

I'Vard 3 Services provided under this agreement include engineering and construction review of the 400
feet of Cyclone Drive, 850 feet of Titan Trail, and left and right turn lanes on U.S. Highway 63.

HARTThis project connects the Greenbelt Centre, a development area of 100 acres for light industrial
and professional offices,to U.S. Highway 63. Greenbelt Centre is bound by West Ridgeway
RON Avenue to the north and U.S. Highway 63 to the east.

Want 5 This is a lump sum agreement for a maximum amount payable under Section VA Basic Services
of$1,397.50. Work under this Agreement is eligible for State RISE Funding at fifty percent
BOB reimbursement. The City match is fifty percent and amounts to $698.75 and would be paid out of
GREENWOOD Local Option Sales Tax revenue.

STEVE Staff has reviewed this Agreement and recommends the City Council approve this document and
SCHMITT authorize the Mayor to sign and enter into this Agreement.
