RESOLUTION NO. 2008-533
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH VJ
ENGINEERING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 23, 2008, at a cost of $1, 397 . 00,
with required 50 percent city match, for engineering services in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2007 Cyclone Drive/Titan Trail,
Contract No. 727, by and between VJ Engineering of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2008 .
