RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM K. CUNNINGHAM
CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA,
FOR THE F.Y. 2007 CYCLONE DRIVE/TITAN TRAIL,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT
NO. 727 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of K. Cunningham Construction Co. , Inc. of Cedar
Falls, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2007 Cyclone Drive/Titan Trail, Contract
No. 727, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
29th day of May, 2007, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United Fire
and Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 2007 .
