(OHN A. F.Y. 2007 CYCLONE DRIVE/TITAN TRAIL, Contract No. 727, with K.
KINCAID Cunningham Construction Co., Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa, as the apparent low
Ward 4 bidder.

WELPER The Contracts and Grants Coordinator is reviewing the items relating to the 2002
Ward 5 Contract Compliance Program requirements and we are awaiting his
recommendation.

At-Large After review of the bids, it is being recommended that the award of the contract
be made to K. Cunningham Construction Co., Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in the
ERIC amount of$374,342.20.
