RESOLUTION NO. 2007-412
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO K.
CUNNINGHAM CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA, FOR THE F. Y. 2007 CYCLONE
DRIVE/TITAN TRAIL, CONTRACT NO. 727, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $374, 342, 20 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of K. Cunningham Construction Co. , Inc. of
Cedar Falls, Iowa, in the amount of $374, 342 . 20, for the
construction of the F.Y. 2007 Cyclone Drive/Titan Trail, Contract
No. 727, described in the plans and specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said project, after public hearing on
published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 2007 .
