RESOLUTION NO. 2007-385
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F. Y. 2007 CYCLONE
DRIVE/TITAN TRAIL, CONTRACT NO. 727 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y. 2007 Cyclone Drive/Titan Trail, Contract No. 727, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2007 Cyclone
Drive/Titan Trail, Contract No. 727, which were preliminarily
approved on April 23, 2007, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 21,
2007 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2007 Cyclone Drive/Titan Trail,
Contract No. 727, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2007 .
