RESOLUTION NO. 2007-255
RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INTENT FOR
NPDES COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL PERMIT NO. 2
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID NOTICE OF INTENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Intent for NPDES Coverage Under General Permit
No. 2 dated April 9, 2007, for storm water discharges in
conjunction with F.Y. 2007 Cyclone Drive/Titan Trail, Contract
No. 727, by and between Iowa Department of Natural Resources and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 2007 .
