RESOLUTION NO. 2007-232
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Entrance Permit application dated April 2, 2007, to allow
construction of an entrance connection from Cyclone Drive to U. S.
Highway 63 in conjunction with F.Y. 2007 Cyclone Drive/Titan
Trail, Contract No. 727, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 2007 .
