Please find attached Agreement for Engineering Services with Schenk Engineering Company of
HAROLD Waterloo,Iowa, in conjunction with the above-referenced project.

Ward 3 Services provided under this agreement include engineering and land surveying in connection
JOHN A. with the planning, design, preparation of cost estimates, plans and specifications, and construction
I<INCAID review of the 400 feet of Cyclone Drive, 850 feet of Titan Trail, and left and right turn lanes on
Ward 4 U.S. Highway 63.
RON This project connects the Greenbelt Centre, a development area of 100 acres for light industrial
WELPER and professional offices,to U.S. Highway 63. Greenbelt Centre is bound by West Ridgeway
Ward 5 Avenue to the north and U.S. Highway 63 to the east.
BOB
GREENWOOD This is a lump sum agreement for a maximum amount payable under Section A Basic Services of
At-Marge $65,210.00. Work under this Agreement is eligible for State RISE Funding at fifty percent
reimbursement. The City match is fifty percent and amounts to $32,605.00 and would be paid
ERIC out of Local Option Sales Tax revenue.
GUNDERSON
At-Large Staff has reviewed this Agreement and recommends the City Council approve this document and
authorize the Mayor to sign and enter into this Agreement.
