RESOLUTION NO. 2007-121
RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING AGREEMENT
WITH SCHENK ENGINEERING COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Agreement dated February 19, 2007, for
engineering services at a maximum cost of $65, 210 . 00, with city
match of $32, 605 . 00, in conjunction with F.Y. 2007 Cyclone
Drive/Titan Trail, Contract No. 727, by and between Schenk
Engineering Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 2007 .
