HAROLD Please find attached two (2)copies of the proposed City-State Agreement No. 2007-R-013 for
GETTY RISE Funds that will be utilized for the F.Y. 2007 CYCLONE DRIVE/TITAN TRAIL.

IOHN A. This project is a connection from U.S. Highway 63 to the Greenbelt Centre—an area situated in
KINCAID the southwest quadrant of U.S. Highway 63/West Ridgeway Avenue that is designated to
Ward 4 facilitate light industrial and professional office space development. This project includes the
paving and grading of approximately 400 feet of Cyclone Drive, 850 feet of Titan Trail and a
RON left turn storage lane on U.S. 63.
WELPER
Wards This funding agreement includes RISE money programmed for all project eligible items with a
BOB maximum grant amount of$271,709. The terms of this agreement include a fifty-percent(50%)
GREENWOOD local contribution, which could total as much as $271,709 and be paid for out of the Local
At-Large Option Sales Tax Fund.
ERIC Staff has reviewed this agreement and recommends Council approve this document and
GUNDERSON authorizes Mayor to sign and enter into said agreement.
