RESOLUTION NO. 2007-110
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY-STATE AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City-State Agreement dated February 12, 2007, for RISE
funds in the amount of $271, 709. 00, with local match of
$271, 709. 00, in conjunction with F.Y. 2007 Cyclone Drive/Titan
Trail, Contract No. 727, by and between Iowa Department of
Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February, 2007 .
