Ward 3 Areas of the library were damaged from water infiltration during the roof replacement at
the public library. The insurance company representing Pries Roofing of La Porte City
HARTTIN M has worked with me and the library staff to assess the damage and develop a just
Ward 4 compensation for losses.
RON The attached document represents work and claim settlements reached by the library
WELPER
Ward 5 staff, VJ Engineering and myself. VJ Engineering researched the claim settlement and
feels it is just as outlined in their letter dated March 10, 2008.

of All Claims" document so that payment can be made.
