RESOLUTION NO. 2008-202
RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH PRIES ROOFING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Settlement Agreement dated March 17, 2008, in the amount
of $9, 440 . 92, for water damage in conjunction with the F.Y. 2007
City of Waterloo Roof Repair Program, Contract No. 731, by and
between Pries Roofing of La Porte City, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2008 .
