RE: F.Y. 2007 Waterloo Roof Repair Program, Contract No.731
Dear Lou;
Per the attached letter we are formally requesting an increase of our design fees from Lump Sum fee
of$21,500 to $25,500 (an increase of$4,000)to cover the additional work outlined in the letter. We
do not anticipate any increase in our construction services fee due to this additional design work.
If this amendment to our original proposal is acceptable, please sign below and return one signed
copy to our Cedar Falls office.
Amendment to VJ Engineering Consultant Agreement dated February 5, 2007
increasing lump sum design fee of$21,500 to $25,500.
