I am requesting final acceptance of the above-mentioned Traffic Safety Funds
QUENTIN M. Grant project and the release of the retainage. The final cost is $300,285.00,

Ward 4 which is the sum of the original contract amount plus change orders number 1
and number 2. These amounts are 100°/0 reimbursable through an Iowa DOT
RON Traffic Safety Funds grant.

However, the grant amount for Airport Blvd. and Eastbound Broadway St. is
BOB $43,000.00, with the construction costs being $48,000.00. The $5,000.00
GREENWOOD difference will be paid with GO Bond funds designated for this project.
