RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM PRAIRIE
CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR
THE F.Y. 2008 PUBLIC MARKET BUILDING, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO.
738 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Prairie Construction Co. , Inc. of Waterloo,Contract No. l ,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2008 Public Market Building,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the Cithy of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 5t day
of May, 2008, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by United Fire and
Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 2008 .
