GETTY Transmitted herewith is Change Order#1 for a decrease of$89,200.00. When the bids
Ward 3 for the Public Market were opened,the low bid was for quite a bit more than what was

Ward 4 In discussions between the architect and City staff, it was decided to remove the three
season enclosures on the east side of the building. By removing these from the project,
RON we were able to get the cost of the building down to match the amount of funding that

Ward 5 is available for the project. The architect has talked with Prairie Construction about
deleting these items from the contract and Prairie is okay with this.
