QuENTINM F.Y. 2008 PUBLIC MARKET BUILDING (BASE BID + ALTERNATES 1 & 2),
HART Contract No. 738, with Prairie Construction Co., Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, as the
Ward 4 apparent low bidder.

recommendation in the attached letter.
