RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM ELECTRIC PUMP,
INC. OF DES MOINES, IOWA, FOR THE F. Y. 2008
WEST COMMERCIAL STREET STORM WATER PUMPS
(BASE BID + ALTERNATE 2) , IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 750 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Electric Pump, Inc. of Des Moines, Iowa, for
the F.Y. 2008 West Commercial Street Storm Water Pumps (Base Bid
+ Alternate 2) , Contract No. 750, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor Pro
Tem and the City Clerk as of the 4th day of August, 2008,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by Merchants Bonding Company of Des
Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of Au ust, 2008 .
