GETTY Please find attached Professional Services Agreement for Design Engineering Services with Earth
Ward 3 Tech, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the above-referenced project.
JOHN A. Services provided under this agreement include preliminary design and final design for the F.Y.
KINCAID 2008 Big Rock Road Bridges Replacement with Box Culverts, Contract 739. This project
Wa'd includes the replacement of two existing wooden bridges with concrete box culverts. These are
RON located on W. Big Rock Road between Wagner Road and Burton Avenue in the No Name Creek
WELPER basin.
Ward 5
This is a cost plus fixed fee agreement for a maximum amount payable of$38,000.00. Work
BOB under this Agreement would be paid out of general obligation bonds.
GREENWOOD
At Large Staff has reviewed this Agreement and recommends the City Council approve this document and
ERIC authorize the Mayor to sign and enter into this Agreement.
