RESOLUTION NO. 2009-363
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 27, 2009, at
a cost of $32 , 500 . 00, in conjunction with F.Y. 2009 Big Rock Road
Bridges Replacement With Box Culverts, Contract No. 739, by and
between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 2009 .
